Politics work faster than fast today...I have just finished my post about Rasmussen and Erdogan and about Obama telling the world that there was no hurry, and now mr. Rasmussen has been appointed secretary-general. So the effect of Venus and Jupiter on his chart is definetely:a party!

The compromise seems to be that Turkey has the right to appoint a vice-secretary general for the relations with muslim nations.
